I would opt for the quicker processor. You don't need the vega graphics of the 2200g after all, given your own dedicated GPU... The RX570 is fine, particularly the 8GB model.

Achieving 144 fps with either card requires lowering your graphics settings to low-medium levels. At that point, the bottleneck shifts to the processor since games and video drivers demand more processing power to refresh everything 144 times per second. A 2200g with just 4 cores and threads will restrict performance significantly compared to a Ryzen 1600 or 2600, which offer 6 cores and 12 threads, plus better overclocking potential. Opt for a 1600 with a higher quality B450 motherboard to eventually support a third-generation Ryzen.

Neither for games with high graphics requirements nor for those with low graphics needs. You should be able to run most games above 60 fps, but those combinations won’t provide the best experience a 144 Hz monitor offers. Unless you frequently play many CSGO, Overwatch and similar titles that are less demanding on graphics.
