Hey everyone, I'm comparing these two models. The first one is the GT model with advanced specs like more RAM and a faster processor. The second is an RT version, which is built for general use. Better specs mean your router can handle more tasks smoothly, which might improve stability and speed. A gaming router is designed to deliver lower latency and better performance in fast-paced online games, making connections more consistent and reducing lag. This should give you a smoother and more responsive gaming experience compared to the RT model.

Higher quality specs enable better support for robust connections. While many routers include Gigabit ports, few can fully utilize a true Gigabit internet link. Superior hardware improves this capability. "Gaming" branded products are often misleading. It seems they offer some QoS features to prioritize gaming traffic.
