Available on both Xbox One and PC, it appears significantly improved on the latter. GTA is essentially my only gaming experience with this device, while Rocket League works well on both, though I mostly prefer PC for that game.

Yeah, my game version hasn't worked 90% of the time, (Including now, as so far no one has been able to get it up and running since some update however long ago) also when it did work it was nothing but a stuttery mess on my rig.

PC since you have the option to use either keyboard or controller... or both. The frame rate improves significantly in this game, and chatting with friends becomes simpler on PC.

It definitely raises a point, doesn't it? In reality, many are saying the PS4 performs better with GTA V, particularly in multiplayer.

Honestly, the visuals will improve significantly. You'll enjoy smoother gameplay at faster frame rates, and you can push up to higher resolutions like 4K—just make sure your TV or monitor supports it. The aliasing in the PS4 version is really poor. The console might attract more players for multiplayer if that's what matters most. If that's your main reason for wanting the game, go for it.

I'm starting the download now, tired of the FPS drops on PS3. Yet I don't feel like spending 400 dollars just for a system to play GTA V multiplayer and nothing else. That's why I chose to get the PC version instead. Plus, the mods for single-player really catch my eye, so I'm also interested in getting it.
