I haven’t tried JC3 yet; I plan to do so soon. Fallout 4 looks interesting if you invest some time to begin.

I haven't tried either of them, but JC3 seems enjoyable for flying around for about an hour before things get dull. On the other hand, FO4 is really focused on the story and lets you build shelters, etc. FO4 sounds interesting to me.

Fallout 4 still has a bunch of bugs and glitches, but I haven't played just cause 3 yet. It looks amazing though. I would say to try just cause 3.
