I completed both but if forced to pick just one, I’d choose F:NV. There are many possible endings based on your faction, and the DLCs I heard about were quite solid.

You can enjoy a tale of two wastelands while supporting mods. It lets you play Fallout in Vegas's engine, allowing you to experience both worlds. You're still figuring out how the transitions work between them, but it feels more stable and visually appealing.

This is actually a valid point I forgot about alot of people seem to have issues. I prefered 3s world, and story most people prefer NVs story but ive found it very interesting honestly.
