I’m craving a fresh gaming experience. After replaying The Witcher 2 while gearing up for The Wild Hunt, I’m eager to try something new. Right now, Shadow of Mordor is available on Steam for $30. DA:I remains priced at $60 on Origin. Since I’ve never played a Dragon Age title, I feel like I might be missing out. Yet, I’ve heard positive reviews about Shadow of Mordor. Would DA:I justify the additional $30?

Running the Ulta HD textures makes SoM look stunning. It adds a nice touch, and it's also enjoyable!

Dragon Age 2 falls short, Inquisition doesn’t improve things much. The only decent entry for PC players is the original release. Consider grabbing it during a promotion.

I've spent several hours on Inquisition and really enjoy it. I haven't tried the first two games... or any other RPGs. It's packed with learning opportunities, and I believe others will too.

Dragon Age: Origins stands out as one of the best entries in the series. It may feel somewhat limited in scope, yet offers solid character growth that makes it worth the investment. The single-player mode is enjoyable but quite repetitive. I only played a few hours before becoming bored and abandoning it.

I don't have a direct response to your query, but I noted that SoM is available on Steam for $30. On G2A it's listed at 12.39€ and the premium version at 17.99€. Here’s the link if you’d like to check: https://www.g2a.com/weeklysale

He isn’t really a great game. Just one person playing MMO looks pretty silly, though that’s the point. I played through the whole thing just because I’m a fan of the series. I even enjoyed the second part more.

You're considering running high-end software on your 7950 and PhenomII X6, aiming for 1080p performance. That's a solid challenge!

Shadow of Mordor is an enjoyable title, yet after finishing it I've never revisited it... and it's surprisingly brief.

Possibly incorrect, but maybe I'm mistaken.
