Recently I factory reset my PC, and after doing this my 3D GPU is running at 90% or higher. This prevents me from sharing my screen on Discord and playing smoothly. I didn’t have these issues before the reset, and I’m unsure what to do now. Someone suggested overclocking or enabling XMP settings, but I’m hesitant until I’m sure it’s safe. Thanks for your help ahead! My specs are: 1050 Ti i5-8400 with 24GB RAM.

Organize tasks in Task Manager by GPU usage percentage. The entries that display the highest GPU consumption are the programs using the most resources.

Currently Nvidia container charges 20%, but I believe FIFA is the one taking the highest when I have access to it. I can share my browser window and everything, but once I open FIFA it stops working.

XMP is completely secure, but using it with certain board models may not be possible.

You shouldn't use xmp. Download ddu, enter safemode and remove the GPU drivers. Restart and install the latest ones.
