If you're familiar with BF4, I'd pick The Witcher 3 instead. Extra map packs don't seem to add much value right now.

Well, it depends on your preferences. These additional DLC maps aren't very frequent in standard server rotations. The extra weapons are interesting, but most of them don’t significantly enhance the already extensive BF4 arsenal. BF4 remains strong, but after the core game, The Witcher 3 seems like a more worthwhile investment.
