As long as you don’t require the additional expansion slots or features the ATX model provides, you’ll receive identical performance from an mATX board.
Usually micro ATX only provides PCIe expansion slots and is a cost-effective option. I recommend checking out the MSI B550 Tomahawk or Mortar. For a budget-friendly board that works well with most systems, consider the MSI B550 Pro vdh, ASRock B550m Pro 4, MSI B550 Bazooka or MSI B550 A pro.
Are you referring to the CPU and GPU? You're using the Ryzen 5 3600 with the Sapphire Pulse RX 5600 XT.
The CPU will run smoothly on both units. The B550 as a whole works well with the Aorus Pro, though the Matz is less efficient but still supports a 6-core setup. Don't forget to check out the Mortar and A Pro options too.
