Squad is essentially a more affordable take on Arma 3 with fewer participants. In my view, Arma 3 is significantly superior.

It varies by servers you join. Generally, playing games like King of the Hill or Wasteland offers a more experienced community. For Arma 3 life scenarios, consider using a whitelisted server. Unwhitelisted Altis servers tend to be problematic.
