They still do... The numbers show an average spoiler of about 8%, with some games seeing bigger gains. The discussion centers on whether that extra performance justifies the cost. I’d say if the existing setup runs smoothly—especially if the base frame rate is high enough to ignore it—that investment would be better used for a new monitor.

You're also focusing on getting a monitor since the 5700x remains a solid CPU option. They also have a 4070 Ti, which should provide a very smooth frame rate.

The statement isn't accurate; the 5700X3D does perform better than expected. Just ensure your message reflects this correctly.

It seems you're looking for a reason to spend money on upgrades. The choice between resolutions and refresh rates depends on your needs, but without more details it's hard to suggest the best option. A 1080p display offers better quality than a lower resolution one, while higher refresh rates matter less for most users. The difference between 125 fps and 140 fps dips is usually minor. Overall, it feels like you might be buying without a clear purpose. If you're considering a 1440p monitor priced similarly to a 5700x3d model, it could be a subpar choice. Some people overlook these details, but others pay attention.

I question whether it will resolve anything. Low GPU usage can stem from various factors and isn't always a problem. This CPU isn't drastically superior to your previous one—just slightly improved for speed and responsiveness. The new monitor could help, but it's tough to say for sure. Give it a try.

there are actually great monitors for around 200 dollars... it’s pretty wild that a monitor can cost more than a CPU. (i think mine was too, but definitely not worth it—my old asus was cheaper and better overall) i really like this one—it’s the kind of price I’d never pay. i also got a mini led from ali express that now he uses daily, which is perfect. i want it, but it’s 500 dollars, no way again...

Consider comparing feedback from non-x3d components with x3d parts.

I understand you prefer staying safe, but it looks like these updates aren't real improvements—except for the GPU, maybe.
