Steel Legend costs more, but B560 offers additional USB ports. I plan to install an i9 10850K with Dark Rock Pro 4 (without overclocking).

You're receiving the 10850K likely because you're not pushing the processor beyond its default settings. A higher model like the i9 10900/F would cost less. Could you tell me where you're purchasing it from? Any relevant links would help.
