I own a premium motherboard. The Asus Strix X570-E costs more than 300 euros. What are your price limits? Consider the Asus Prime-P for affordability or opt for the Strix X570-F or X570-E for top performance.

Explore options for x570, B450 or X470 boards showing multiple green marks in the 75A and 100A rows. For x570 models, Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite and Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus (with or without Wi-Fi) offer solid value. MSI B450 boards provide strong heatsinks on VRMs, and many support BIOS flashing via USB—even when the CPU isn’t installed, allowing updates for newer chips like Ryzen 3 series just by inserting a USB drive and pressing a button.

I focus on getting good value without spending a lot. Avoiding top-end motherboards is fine as long as it offers noticeable gains. Ty

that way the MSI B450 Tomahawk Max is a great option. Durable build, affordable price, and fits a 3700x well.

Near a microcenter offers excellent options with attractive pricing. I found a good deal at $30 for a CPU and memory combo. The Asus Strix x470-f I bought performed well, though a little adjustment was needed. My 3800x also functioned perfectly on the board.
