Your gaming setup is using an old Cat5e cable, but there are different Ethernet standards available. This could affect download speeds and ping times. If you need improvements, consider upgrading to Cat8 since you only need about 15 feet.

It seems it's probably just a 1GB router from the building, and I haven't switched it to my own. I'm not very familiar with network setups.
