Running a GPU with Turin nvec (1650 super or better) can shift that workload to the hardware encoder, reducing CPU strain. What components do you have in mind for a CPU and board? It's a solid chip, but without knowing the budget or specifics, it's hard to judge its performance fully. Factors like IPC, cache design, FPU, and memory count play important roles. Turing isn't particularly cost-effective either. Knowing what others have already done would be useful too.
