I was conducting tests and noticed significant leaking from my CPU block. All fittings are functioning properly and appear intact, yet the CPU block seems to have detached from the led top of the hole. Could this be the cause? If so, is there a method to resolve it by removing the remaining part?

If it's not the fittings, it's better to replace the block. You might find the leak and try to fix it, but it won't be very reliable.
