Consider using HWINFO64 for better hardware monitoring. The standard monitor isn't always accurate for temperature readings. On my 5950X, even with overclocking, I've never reached more than 5.25 GHz on the top cores. Going to 6.4 GHz would risk high voltage issues and require extreme measures like ln2 or dry ice to push the clock beyond 6 GHz.
