I assisted a friend with assembling his PC, but it won’t boot and there’s a display light on. I tested each RAM stick separately and together—the setup wasn’t using dual-channel mode, and everything functioned normally. However, once both sticks were placed in the dual-channel slots, the system started flashing a strong DRAM light.

It's DDR4, and based on the error it looks like a memory training problem, though I can't be certain.

DDR4 typically lacks advanced memory training features found in DDR5. A missing channel might result from issues with the cooler mount—such as being uneven, overly tight, or too loose. Are the CPU and motherboard the ones affected?
