Your score 15419 is too low. 9800x3d should yield a result above 22.000. I have 7800x3d and 18500. There are factors limiting your CPU performance.

I also see a -35co negative trend across all cores. Might there be another cause for this?

Likely not. But attempt CB23 once more using curve -15 or disable all PBO. Did you check the EXPO memory profile in BIOS? Also, display CPU usage and frequency during the CB23 test.
Reset BIOS to default and configure only EXPO memory profile. Then perform the CB23 test.

I have PBO on auto, set to -35co, plan to lower it to -15 and switch to MOBO. Memory is configured for EXPO at 6000 MT/S. I’ll modify the curve, tweak PBO, and retest. Will share updates soon. Thanks.

You adjusted the curve to -15 from -35 and set PBO to motherboard from auto. The highest temperature reached was 81°C. Idle is now consistently at 45°C—does that seem acceptable? Your previous 9800x3d had idle temps around 38°C on another AIO with a different chip, and it was a different model. Any suggestions for improving idle temperatures or is 45°C satisfactory? Results after the change.

Everything appears to be in order
Ignore the idle temps—they’re just fine and won’t waste your time
Have fun playing

Thank you. OCD is really testing me right now. I understand 45c works at idle for the chip, but it kept bothering me. Sure, the 37c I was using was on a separate 9800x3d with a different aio in a PC I built myself, but the settings stayed the same. Is this just about the silicon, or another chip and AIO, or should I try something else to improve idle temperatures? Thanks again.

Running a CPU-intensive MMORPG like New World still keeps CPU usage under 40%, GPU at full capacity, and temperatures at 48°C when all settings are maximized. Does this device really perform this well? I don’t know of any titles that challenge the CPU much.

I told you these idle temps are fine, you dont have worry about it. Differences in temperatures may result from different chips, but also from many other scenarios, e.g. running processes or applications in the background. You would have to compare them in exactly the same conditions. It's a waste of time, your temperatures are fine
