Ensure it meets the minimum requirements for the core 2 duos and 4GB RAM. Otherwise, skip GTAV or it may not work on your system.

The old laptop with an AMD A6-5200 struggled severely in GTA 5, and a Pentium 4 wouldn’t handle it at all.

I have a "testbench" setup using a P4 with Windows 10, 1GB RAM, and built-in graphics. Streaming HD 1080p videos works smoothly without any problems. No need for overclocking or changes.

P4 had a significant issue with Intel, but the design and proper cooling system make it function well. The problem arises because it struggles with temperatures exceeding 70 degrees. With custom water cooling, it stays below 50 degrees even during Cinebench testing.
