I noticed your issue with Battlefield 4 using Internet Explorer for battle logs. It’s frustrating when you can’t find a reliable fix online. You might want to try reinstalling the game or checking if your browser settings are correctly configured. If needed, updating your browser to the latest version could also help.

Make Chrome your primary browser or keep a Chrome window ready when launching BF4. Both options are effective for me.

By choosing Chrome as your primary browser, it’s easy. Origin should rely on built-in options for titles such as BF4 and similar games.

Verify Chrome is the active default browser. It must launch in the browser you've configured as your primary one.

The instructions should simply use your default browser. Chrome doesn't work well with Battlelog, so I have to switch to IE instead

I guess I should have considered that earlier. Luckily, Chrome wasn't my default browser, and I didn't think about verifying IE either. Still, it's working now—appreciate everyone!

You can access BattleLog directly from there and begin selecting servers and joining matches without navigating to Origin. This is the method I use—I skip clicking BF4 on Origin or the desktop entirely, just jump straight into a server.
