My setup includes a Ryzen 3800x (the retailer didn’t have any more 3700x...), an Aorus x570 Master, 32GB TridentZ Neo 3600 CL16, and an EVGA 2080XC. There’s no CPU overclocking possible. I can’t achieve a stable XMP setting. Raising the voltage slightly helped, pushing it to just under 1000% in Karhu after several adjustments, reaching around 1.37v. At that point, every test causes the system to crash and restart. I’ve pushed it beyond 9000% without any overclock, so I suspect the RAM is fine. Is this normal behavior or should there be signs of trouble? I’ve used a DRAM calculator before but never got consistent results. The BIOS was updated today, so I might redo that process. Thanks.
XMP is being configured. Karhu is a RAM stability testing tool. My setup is 16 x 2,340 or the 3,200 option. If I achieve 3,200 with tighter timing, the variation should be minimal.
Adjust the SOC to 1.1 and DRAM to 1.35, then test at 3200 MHz using XMP/DOCP, verify stability. If stable, proceed to 3600 MHz with the same settings and confirm stability again.

Based on other users' advice, I adjusted the settings to 3200 and set the SOC to 1.1 volts. I included a photo of the hardware info and centering details. I ran Karhu overnight at 15132% without any issues. This afternoon I restarted it again. The FAQ on the Karhu site shows over 6400% as 99.41% confidence, which is more than double my estimate.
Are there no RAM-related power cycles? Do you have the Load Line Calibration configured for your CPU and SOC?
It's the board. Like a system reset just happened... After noticing this problem repeatedly in the forum over time, I've reached the conclusion that replacing the warranty would resolve the issue. However, I've also seen some AMD chips shipped with RMA requests for similar problems. The simplest testing approach would be swapping in another identical chip of matching wattage to compare performance or see if the store where you bought it can swap it at the counter if needed. You can also refer to your forum discussions when speaking with technical support. More details help. Unless the power supply suddenly stops working and then restarts, it might point to memory controller issues. Another possibility is considering an RMA for the CPU.
