It will be alright, but CRYORIG H5 Universal is superior. For mid-range air coolers, I suggest the Scythe Mugen Max or Noctua NH-U14S.

4.6 represents a fairly small increase in performance on Coffee Lake, meaning the H7 should handle it well.
