The RX 6000 line lacks DLSS, so the only option is to reduce the resolution.

Notebookcheck covers laptops exclusively. Because these products are new, no laptops are available yet. Traditional reviews focus on comparing new items to older ones and assessing improvements, but actual performance can only be determined by testing at lower resolutions and settings where both struggle.

What's the reason for purchasing an RX card? Also, DLSS appears to be grainy, according to everyone... So what's the value if we're not going to utilize it?! Sometimes laptops run on higher-end components...

Indeed, considering power and heat limits. In laptops the GPU is typically capped at 100W, whereas desktops often see the same GPU drawing 250W. Most laptops also use affordable cooling methods due to space limitations, which means their GPUs run at much slower clock speeds. I’ve compared my overclocked GTX 1660 with the RTX 2070 Max-Q and found it still outperforms it without issues. Overall, laptop GPUs seem to be overpriced deals.
