As the title suggests, what would occur if I attempted to run an RX 9070 X on a 650-watt power supply? What would happen? I have a Ryzen 5 9600X which only draws 88 watts peak, will it still be excessive? Probably. What if I lower the GPU voltage to better match the PSU's maximum capacity? I've seen people undervolting the card to around 25% and still achieving great performance with only a 2/3% drop... Can you confirm this or would it be wiser to purchase a new PSU immediately and not bother trying? Thanks a lot!
