I’ve been searching for items and my machine has only started after playing for about two hours of a very demanding game, repeating it four times. I’m unsure if the issue is with my PSU or GPU. My setup includes a Radeon 6950 XT, 850-watt PSU, Ryzen 7 7700X, and 64GB of DDR5 6000 MHz RAM.

It seems your GPU is likely the issue, but reviewing the Event Viewer might reveal errors. Would you like to proceed with a clean GPU driver installation?

Yes, we can identify the exact errors by name. This would assist in determining whether the issue relates to a particular part or software-related problem.

Also include this each time I launch the Event Viewer, but I’m unable to inspect it.

Verify system stability using OCCT. Begin with GPU testing, then proceed to each category for a minimum of one hour provided no errors occur https://www.ocbase.com/

Consider testing GPU first with a power check, then proceed to VRAM if needed.

it hasn't encountered any issues during the 100% in 3d adaptive test, completing it in about 50 minutes.

Run a CPU test next. Use HWinfo64 to verify PSU voltages. Confirm 3.3V, 5V and 12V rails stay within ±5% (OCCT lists them but actual values might differ)
