I would avoid them because they sell MSDN keys, which I believe have a limited time.

I've faced serious issues with Windows Key codes on G2A. They're fake and blocked by Microsoft. My friend and I experienced the same problem, and after three months we received our refund. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it as safe.
