Realbench offers both benchmark and stress test options. You can run an overclock pass with Prime95 at 24hs, but it may crash under gaming loads or other conditions. Prime95 is suitable for thermal testing, though the load remains steady—it doesn’t provide strong voltage stability results like Realbench’s stress test, which features highs and lows. I’d start with 8 hours of Realbench, and only proceed to P95 if it passes; I stopped using P95 because it’s mostly synthetic and not representative of normal CPU usage. It still has its place.
Prime95 serves well as a metric for evaluating thermal compliance and memory stability. Although it is effective for stability testing, using the Blend mode or any other setting can lead to better results overall. Running Prime95 in blend mode for 8 hours (or a custom setup from my guide) alongside Realbench for 8 hours, plus four rounds of Memtest86, would be the most reliable approach.
I completed 8 hours of prime95 now. Next, I plan to run the same duration using the asus realbench.
