The crystal ball advised you to be good. What stress tests are being performed and how long will they last?
Stress Test: I used OCCT before switching to Prime95, but it didn’t last an hour.
Also, should I avoid running other programs during the test?

Absolutely not... If it crashed on occasion, I'd ease up a bit. A few MHz won't wipe out your frame rates!

Certainly not... If it crashed on a low clock speed, I’d reduce it slightly. A few MHz won’t ruin your frame rates!
I’m sure it won’t hurt your performance, but will lowering it by 1-2 GHz slow down video editing?
And is 1.37 volts too high since I want my processor to run at its best?

Ensure stability with OCCT first, then monitor temperatures. It's a bit of a lucky guess. I believe it's quite challenging.
