My aim was a 4.7 GHz overclock, and I'm almost there. My last check showed the system crashing at 4.7 GHz with 1.35 volts. Raising the voltage to 1.36 seems risky—should I proceed with the Noctua NH-D15 cooler?

Ensure stability with OCCT first, then monitor temperatures. It's a bit of a lucky guess. I believe it's quite challenging.

From the brief investigation I conducted, I wouldn't go that far... Will it sustain me for at least five years?

The crystal ball advises you to be well. The specific stress tests and duration are not detailed.
