I just moved to a new city and had to transport my PC. (removed GPU then reinstalled). Since then, my FPS has dropped to half of what I usually get. With Ultra settings and DLSS Quality I’d expect around 100 FPS, but now I’m only seeing 30 to 40. I did the 2.0 update and updated my GPU drivers. My GPU usage is near 98%, but the temperature is too low for Cyberpunk. Normally it would be at least 75-80 degrees, but now both the GPU and CPU are stuck at 60 degrees. I’m not sure what’s causing this.

Perform a stress test on the GPU and monitor temperatures closely. If you recently installed CP2077 2.0, remember it may require more power than earlier versions.

I just completed the 2.0 update and added Phantom Liberty. When Path Tracing "preview" was enabled, performance dropped to around 30fps. Disabling it brought it back up to 120fps. At maximum settings, DLSS was set to Balanced with .70 sharpness and a resolution of 3440x1440.

It's odd that GPU usage stays similar with the same settings after installing Phantom Liberty, but CPU usage has increased significantly. I think you might be using an SSD, so it's worth checking if GeForce has auto-set your configurations. Also, try disabling NV-Reflex; high GPU usage doesn't necessarily mean the card is fully utilized, as it could run at a lower frequency. Since your CPU is much stronger, it's unlikely to be the bottleneck. Are you using dual-channel RAM?
