I have an i5-12600k that isn’t overclocked and a motherboard from ASUS Z690-A Prime. I’m just beginning to learn Blender, and while gaming it usually stays between 30-55°C (now 45-60°C with the weather). When rendering images in Blender, temperatures reach up to 80°C. Since it’s very hot outside (90°C today) and we’re not using our wall units much due to cost, my room temperature is around 40°C. Are these levels high enough to harm my parts?

Those temperatures are acceptable. They stay well below what the processors can handle at 100°C. The system will also reduce speed or halt before the temperatures become dangerous.

It's great to hear. I looked into it, but I found mixed information about what temperature is considered too high.
