I’ve checked everything on my system and found the missing 16MB section on every boot drive. It seems Windows might have installed improperly, and that fourth partition likely serves a specific function.

Windows 10 is already affected by bugs. Should you use GPT or MBR setup? Reserved Partitions (MSR) appear only on GPT drives, according to the Wikipedia page.

MBR. The previous attempt to set up Windows on this machine failed because the boot USB wasn’t recognized. I spent a while adjusting the drive partitions and even damaged the drive enough that I can’t recall the steps. After the installation, it showed 500MB as available space, so I had to reinstall again, ending up with this situation now.
