It seemed quite typical for a coffee lake laptop. Nothing surprising at all. This looks like it fits the standard expectations.
It's a compact laptop, it tends to overheat, I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't cool down much. The best way to reduce temperatures would be through undervolting; Intel 8th generation models might still support older BIOS undervolt options.
