Hey, your setup is working but experiencing a noticeable drop in FPS, particularly around crowded areas with many NPCs. This seems more related to your graphics card and possibly the workload it's handling rather than the CPU. Upgrading to 16GB RAM or switching to a Ryzen 5 1500X could help stabilize performance. Let me know which option you'd like to explore further!

Check the presets and GPU model. The frame rates in the overlay seem accurate based on your configuration. Open MSI Afterburner, examine RAM and CPU utilization.

It seems the GPU might be the issue.

1060 3gb with the smallest configuration 2560x1080. Need at least 75fps; if not, aim for 60fps always.

It doesn't seem to be the GPU issue, since GTA V suggests GTX 660 2GB. Benchmarks indicate strong performance on the 1060.

I don't have a VRAM usage metric.

It shouldn't be the GPU after all. Following what I recommended with Afterburner should give you a good sense of what to upgrade. Your full RAM might already be in use—just because I play 1080p with high settings doesn’t mean it’s not being heavily utilized. The VRAM usage is also significant, though it consumes a lot of memory rather than much VRAM itself.

I consider two points but it takes one second to run.

It's about an hour for loading, slow speed, but it's even slower now. I'm sure I didn't do anything wrong.

Ram stands at 6250MB while the GPU uses about 1700MB.
