You're using a Dell Compaq 6005 SFF PC with Windows 10. It works okay but struggles with games and has boot issues. Focus on upgrading the CPU first—it's likely the bottleneck. Your specs suggest a need for a faster processor, possibly an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5. RAM and GPU are decent but could benefit from a boost too.
I agree with that motion. It might be worth saving the RAM if it supports DDR3. The situation could also improve if the case isn't exclusive and performs reasonably well.
_Review the remark I mentioned because what he (and I) mean is that all systems need improvement, suggesting he should develop a fresh framework...
That's the idea... if he upgraded, there'd be many delays... what's the issue?
You don't grasp the idea of keeping everything in the PC unless it's DDR3 RAM. The rest is fine as long as you're not using DDR3.
I don’t suggest upgrading either. If he did, it would mean he couldn’t afford both a 970 and an i5 together.
