Here are your system details: CPU model AMD a10 7700k at 4GHz, GPU amd rx480 with 4GB RAM, and 8GB of memory. The game you're curious about may struggle due to the overclocked CPU affecting performance.

You're able to execute tasks. The GPU will handle it at full capacity. Your CPU might still be the limiting factor :3

It's simple to execute this. You won't face major delays.

It seems like you're expecting a specific number but haven't confirmed it yet. Since I haven't played JC, I can't verify that detail. Let me know if you need help with anything else!

Based on what I grasp, the main concern is preventing overheating during the 45-minute period. Thank you both for your thoughts.

You tried to sound clever by mixing ice and a fan, but honestly, I chose Liquid Cooling for the win.

AMD graphics face challenges with Just Cause 3 due to unsupported instruction sets on their cards. You can try it, but expect low performance and likely need to disable most features before seeing any frames. I played it at 720p using a 280, though the experience may differ from others'. This title is built for Nvidia hardware only.

It could be due to its age; for a comparison, check a reliable source like game-debate.com.
