Hey guys so I allowed this one program to run without permission by unchecking "Always ask for permission before running this file", but the next time I opened it again it asked the same thing, so now I'm paranoid that the program I've allowed to run without permission is actually malicious and has rewritten itself somehow after I allowed it to run without asking for permission, and then it replaced the .exe with another one which I suspect is the reason why it asked for my permission again when I try to run it. Is there a way to see a list of programs / files I've allowed to run without asking for my permission? Edit: Nvm about my paranoia I checked the date of when the program was last modified and it's on 2016, so I guess it's still the same program and not a replacement put by a malicious program x3 But still, is there a way to see the list of programs I've allowed to run without permission? o:

You're allowed to execute any application without needing consent, provided User Account Control is enabled by default or if stricter protections are bypassed.
