They have working CPUs, but the two unidentified ones don’t. Both are Intel 14th generation. My thought is, based on probability, they might be faulty—BIOS flash could fail, a bent pin exists, or there’s an unusual issue with your motherboard. Try booting them in another motherboard; this sequence might change. EDIT: also ask about your power supply and graphics card? *could* depend on the power budget.*
Both motherboards are from Gigabyte. There were no bent pins on either one since the i5 12400 wouldn’t fit. The power supply is 750 watts. I also tried using the first 14700 onboard graphics, but they didn’t work.
