I possess a Ryzen 9 9900x and Google indicates the launch was August 15th. My ASRock x870e Taichi Lite has been updated three times by Google. The latest firmware for this board was released on September 30th. ASRock has already modified the firmware three times. The first update was AMD AGESA 1.2.0.0a, optimized for Ryzen 9000 CPUs. Subsequent versions include AMD AGESA PI 1.2.0.2 and improvements for specific processors like TDP to 105W. The latest version also enhances PMIC support. There’s no need to delay the installation unless you have concerns.

It's a fresh board with a new CPU. Updating the BIOS early can help resolve initial problems. Unless it specifies a BETA version, it's safe to proceed.

Get accustomed to it. You're among the latest updates, so changes are happening all the time—fixes, tweaks, and adjustments. Stay current with each release; some will be more reliable than others, but that's the point.
