I'm familiar with the Stock Intel Boost feature. The I5-9600 offers a 4.3 all-core configuration and a 4.6 single-core boost. In the BIOS I disabled Intel Boost and set the CPU ratio to 48, but it only runs at around 4.5 GHz with brief boosts to 4.8 MHz occasionally. The stock setting provides more frequent boosts. I didn't interact with that setup. It's Intel Turbo Boost Technology. I adjusted the CPU clock ratio from 43 to 49 and set it to all cores. The instructions were in German, so I'm used to it being boosted for longer periods. I think the AVX offset clocking is reduced by about 300MHz, but it seems like it's consistently lowered. Regarding overclocking, it's my first time, so I'm unsure. The settings I used were 49 with 1.34V versus 48 with 1.255V.
