Apologies for the mistake with my laptop, but why would turbo boost be turned off initially? Even if it’s enabled, performance is still constrained by available thermal and power capacity—both often limited in laptops. This means boosting won’t be significant. Likewise, overclocking might not yield much improvement either due to similar restrictions.
