Hello Forum, from the title you mentioned, GTA IV on my rig (as noted in the specs) isn't reaching 60 FPS. I'm currently using DSR and playing at around 2715xsomething resolution, but I'm getting at least 40 FPS. Even at 800 x 600, my GTX 970 STRIX maxes out at 53 FPS—it just doesn't hit 60. I'd appreciate your help in reaching the ideal 60 FPS level, since I believe my system can support GTA IV. Thanks!

Adjust shadows for softness, soften or sharpen details as needed. These settings often impact frame rate negatively in practice.
