Hey everyone, I just upgraded my PC and everything seemed fine until I accidentally installed Val and had to turn on secure boot. After adjusting the BIOS settings, my machine wouldn’t boot properly and the VGA light stayed on. I’ve tried a bunch of fixes: cleaning RAM, CPU, GPU, using only one RAM stick, reinstalling BIOS, clearing CMOS with jumper, removing the battery, plugging in the GPU from an old system, trying different monitors and HDMI/DP ports, and even switching PCIe slots on my motherboard. Unfortunately, I have a KF CPU so I can’t test the motherboard connectors. I’m hoping someone can help me before I call a local shop. Thanks for your support!
The issue is that I don’t have a screen, no matter what I try. When the PC powers on, it shows the CPU and RAM status, then the VGA light appears and the system freezes, staying there. There’s no display at all, and even normal shutdown doesn’t work.
