The newest non-Beta release is likely the best option. You're roughly eleven updates away from the latest version. Wanting a new CPU?

Before starting, note this may take a short while. Please save your files. Get the proper BIOS update from MSI's website. Prepare a USB flash drive and paste the update file onto it. Turn off your machine. You can reset BIOS settings by clearing CMOS if needed. Updating BIOS: Put the USB into a rear port, power on, and access BIOS/UEFI via the correct key (like Delete or F2). Make a backup of your current settings. Pick the update option in BIOS, pick the file from the drive. Follow the prompts without stopping. Wait for completion and auto-restart. Once done: Go back to BIOS/UEFI, confirm the version is updated. Revert custom settings if necessary. Take out the USB. Your system is now refreshed and ready to use.

Above comments were excellent. Are you sure you need an update? Unless you’re missing or planning to use new features in the BIOS, skip the update. It’s not worth the risk and there’s no necessity.
