Hey, my brother lent me his old PC and I disassembled it using my skills—built many working builds before. After cleaning and reassembling, I installed the new PSU, MMO, and swapped in a fresh cooler (Noctua NH-D15). The setup worked until launch: the BIOS showed 00 code, the motherboard lights came on but the fans didn’t spin. I unplugged cables, reset once, then got 55. Restarted again and still nothing—code stays 00 and the PC won’t boot. I’ve removed all cables, taken out the GPU, but the MMO still won’t run. Tomorrow I’ll take it apart fully to check if the motherboard works without the case (past issues with grounding helped). Any suggestions would be great.

No diagnostic lights are active. The system remains in a 00 state after posting, and error 55 indicates missing memory installation.

Add more information by testing one memory stick at a time.

Breaking it down and repositioning the CPU fixed the issue. Appreciate the help!
