It's feasible. Or the memory. The best way to confirm is to replace the CPU with a verified unit and observe the outcome.

It seems the RAM might be the problem. You can try using Memtest86 to test it. Download it from https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm. Let us know if you encounter any issues during testing.
