Hey! I just got my PC upgraded thinking the buzz was coil whine, but it’s still happening. I’ve looked at the power supply, GPU, motherboard, and case fans. Here are the details and the sound it makes. Any tips would be great! Thanks!

Reviewed the hard drives? However, seriously, disconnect all except the necessary and install one at a time. The fans were the final step.

I thought they weren't connected yet, but now I see they are powered. I'll verify my first one—this year I got a replacement, so it shouldn't cause any problems.

The sound appears consistently across different conditions—loads, idle, and at random times. You replaced several components, including the intake fan and exhaust system. If you shut off all the case fans, the noise should stop.

The only components making sound, aside from the HDD, are the fans. Verify if any fans are overly tight, leaving just a small gap of dampening material between them and their mounting points. If you possess rubber mounting clips—great! Ensure there are no loose cables or proximity to the fan blades. Install a fan control app; the Asus app should handle this. When noise occurs: disable all case fans via the software. If it stops, that's ideal. Otherwise, check for fans running at nearly identical speeds—reduce one by about 7% and observe changes. The possibility is the PSU area is responsible. A blocked mesh or weak attachment could be the cause. That’s the only advice I can offer.

Hey! Just got back in touch. Turns out I uninstalled the wrong drive, and right after that my PSU stopped working. I’m marking it as the fix, but really appreciate your assistance!
