Unusual sounds during power cycles – full electrical flow inside the PC case – inability to connect external devices – display remains blank even when powered – warning lights indicate CPU and RAM issues – this board was repaired a month ago after failure – if the board is faulty, what’s a suitable replacement motherboard?
It seems the issue might not be with your motherboard. The power supply unit or electrical connection could be the cause. Please verify that the wall plug ground cable is securely connected. Also, provide the specifications of your PSU for further assistance.
Grounding is typical. Post-service it shows no electrical issues. However, after two weeks the issue reappears. Model: R7 5700x.zotac 3060.32GB RAM and SSD from Team Group.
My PS5 has been functioning properly for two years, and the same applies to all the electrical devices in my house.
If this applies, PSU is likely the issue. With two identical brand-new motherboards experiencing electrical problems, the fault usually comes from the power supply unit or the electrical system. Could you share your PSU specifications?
Not two brand new motherboards. One was brand new but failed within two weeks. Fixed via warranty. Broke again after about one and a half months.
It looks like the issue might stem from a factory-made motherboard defect, though this depends on the seller. If they honor the warranty, you’re entitled to an RMA or a replacement board. The PSU is solid and unlikely to be defective, but a defect here is rare.
I share my latest update after a week since receiving the new motherboard. Thank you!
