The issue might stem from a faulty cable or router. There are signs of packet loss during testing. The LED indicators on the port should match the manual specifications.

I’d also attempt to connect other devices directly on the network that are permanently connected to the router. (Uncertain if there’s a switch involved) Ideally, link your PC and another device via Ethernet to a switch, then connect the switch to the router. This should work around the router once the connection is made, helping pinpoint the source of the high ping. Once you’ve gone through this step, if the pings persist, it’s likely the cable itself is the issue. If they disappear, the problem probably lies with the router or the cable connecting to it.
